New business

Even before a business starts up our help can be indispensable. We can advise an overseas company as to whether it is better to set up their Norwegian operation as a branch or a subsidiary. A Norwegian business may need advice on whether to adopt Limited (AS) Company status or set up as a sole trader or partnership.

• We will then set up and register the business as a branch, subsidiary, limited company or otherwise.
  
• We can be appointed as Company Secretary and carry out the statutory duties associated with this role.
  
• Our address can be used as the company’s Registered Office.
  
• We set up bank accounts. As this can take up to 2 months for a foreign business we have Client Accounts which can be used to get the business up and running in the interim.
  
• We register the business for
           - Corporation tax
           - VAT
  
• We deal with any Statutory or Legal matters arising.
